  I went to Joe to get my new vehicle insured. Not only Joe was able to find the best coverage for my car, he was also able to get me a great rate on homeowner’s insurance which made my car insurance’s rate even more favorable. After talking to him more about my profession and life goals, based on his recommendation, I also took a permanent life insurance policy as I am consultant and change jobs frequently. I highly recommend Joe not just because he is great at what he does, but also because he knows how to listen to his clients and based on that gives them the best insurance and life planning advice.

  Horrible staff, horrible customer, unfriendly unclean unhelpful unprofessional operating away below corporate standards. Throw the whole location out.

  Joe and his team provided the worst customer experience. Joe personally used several racial microagressions that made me as a person of color feel more than uncomfortable, but outraged. My experience with this agent is not consistent with my prior experiences with State Farm over the more than 6+ years that I have been a customer. I strongly encourage prospective customers to choose a different agent altogether.

  Demetrius - thank you for posting this - I've taken a screen shot and have forwarded to my attorney due to the libelous nature of your review. Aside from your blatant lying about me and my team, I'm appalled that you would make a claim like this during a time when the entire country is trying to change racism. Thankfully, our calls our recorded, and we were able to re-listen to every word spoken. If there was ever something said to a policyholder that in the slightest construed racism, it would be an immediate coaching opportunity to educate someone. Again, not the case.
