After connecting with 5 different lenders, Joey and his team have earned my vote of confidence. Cost estimate itemized details that other lenders would refuse to estimate. Sure, insurance and title depends on the final deal with the seller, BUT I appreciate how this team gives me a head-up on what to expect. Joey is not only a nice guy, he's a great guy who knows what he‘a talking about. Honestly, I have compromised and sealed the deal with another lender because the loan officer is a family friend. I write this review for Joey because his depth of knowledge, honesty and integrity impress me.
