      I would never give a 5 Star rating as that leaves no room for growth within your organization. I would never say you knocked it out of the park when there was communication problems and misplaced documents. My interaction with you was a 5 Star rating but I felt as though I was an inconvenience to your support Team. Text messaging and emails are a great way to communicate but a phone call gives a personal touch!
