  John Bruce and his team went above and beyond to help me get into an amazing house in a tough market and a tough time personally for me. They were clear communicators, worked all kinds of hours, and were able to get me a great rate, even problem-solving to pivot into a better loan situation in the last 2 weeks before I closed on my home!

  John and Karen at Guild Mortgage were both absolutely incredible to work with on the refinancing of my mortgage! My daughter and son-in-law raved about them while buying their first home (and later refinancing), so of course I went to them when I needed their services as well. They are both extremely knowledgeable and were so patient with me (I had a lot going on in my personal life at the same time I was doing the refi). My work life was insanely hectic… so much so that Karen even came to my place of employment to get my signatures one day just to save me a trip to her office! This level of customer service is only one example of many that I experienced while working with them. It seems as though they are ALWAYS available… regardless of the day or time. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Guild Mortgage and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services. I am definitely now a customer for life!

  I was referred to John and am so grateful I was as he was exactly the type of broker I needed; personable, knowledgeable, patient...not your average broker. He explained EVERYTHING thoroughly and patiently answered all my questions. He is not pushy and clearly makes the effort to get to know you personally, which I appreciate. I could not be happier with my experience with John (and his team) and highly recommend him. You won't be disappointed!
