Wouldn't recommend John Cross he has caused a trifecta of closing delays avoiding calls, and not responding to emails or texts we were to close today the May 31, and he is nowhere to be found. People have taken off work to help with moving, utilities have been disconnected .moving trucks have been rented and the notary will have to be paid again, etc so if your looking to close on time, communication or work ethic I recommend you to look elsewhere.
