      John Frankos at Coastal Towne Mortgage was one of three loan officer names I had been given and I phoned or left messages with all three. He was the most responsive and highly professional. He was also very patient with me and kindly explained everything. We were NOT sorry for selecting him. His assistant, Tina, was also top-notch and I have come to view dealings with Towne Benefits and Towne Bank through my employer in highly favorable fashion as well.
