  Awful, my father never told them if my mother’s passing and after has just passed I asked them if they want both death certificates and they told me to just send my mother’s with the change of ownership application and change of beneficiaries. This is a life insurance policy on my own person. After I sent in the forms what did they do? Instead of notifying me of my father being the contingency owner they sent a letter to him. This could have been AVOIDED if they listened to me to begin with. After calling back I was met with indifference and with just send in the application as it’s a legal issue. Be that as it may it is still a mess with more time, money, and effort spent. I feel like I’m not even speaking English- what part of both my parents are dead do people not understand.

  Super sniky and nasty attitude wanted to force there way of processing things on me one way or another when we refused they called statefarm and told them I refused that they talk fotos of my car . Will not recommend at all . Its your car and you pay for the insurance you take it were you like. Then they had the oddasaty to call me one's they new the money was on its way to have me repaired my car there . Don't try to get a quote from these guys ever....

  This company is horrible. I've been trying to get them to pay out on a long term care policy that they sold to a friend of mine. He paid 15K a year for this policy and now that he is in assisted living they are not paying any claims. What's worse is you have to spend hours a day waiting on hold, getting paperwork to them (you have to fax everything in, yes fax! remember those?) and they have an endless amount of excuses for not paying. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!
