      They have zero knowledge about anything, they will just print the preapproval from their office desk just by looking at your score without even looking at your tax papers, coz they are third party agents who have no knowledge about the loan requirements and will waste your time and money. I have several email proofs that i can share if any doubt. Run far away from this company, Far away from John Mcintosh, AND Motto Mortgage Avalon!! Take your business elsewhere!!
