      I worked with John McIntosh at Motto Mortgage and I could not have wished for better. He walked me through every step and helped with every small detail. There are so many parts to making a mortgage carry through to closing and John was there helping me to understand and prepare for the ups and downs of waiting on appraisals, inspections etc. so many people involved which makes this such a long process but John made it less stressful for me and my family. I highly recommend John and the team at Motto, they will take good care of you

      (They had zero reviews before this one. As soon as i left a negative review they started adding 5 star in house reviews from friends n family) They have zero knowledge about anything, they will just print the preapproval from their office desk just by looking at your score without even looking at your tax papers, coz they are third party agents who have no knowledge about the loan requirements and will waste your time and money. I have several email proofs that i can share if any doubt. Run far away from this company, Far away from John Mcintosh, AND Motto Mortgage Avalon!! Take your business elsewhere!!
