OK, I'm not one for posting reviews, but in this case one was warranted. I recently moved to Mount Dora from South Florida and just purchased a new home and started the painful process of trying to secure homeowners and auto insurance since bundling the two is not really an option in South Florida. After a few bogus quotes and some misleading information, I figured I would give a name brand like State Farm a chance to secure my business. That was the best decision I've made in a long time regarding insurance. Was greeted warmly when I walked into the office without a reservation and within 15 minutes, Mackenzie had an unbelievable bundle quote ready for me to accept. She answered all of my questions and put me at ease that I was covered securely, but not too covered, if you know what I mean. My rate was nearly cut in half for better coverage than I was quoted from a nearby competitor. State Farm ... and Mackenzie ... truly treated me like a new neighbor and made my transition to Mount Dora a memorable one!
