  Very professional! As a first time home buyer I was fretting the experience of the whole process. But from the very beginning John made every step of the way straightforward and very simple. Knowing that he was with me, available and willing to answer any and all of my questions, and even help me fill out some of the forms that seemed confusing via zoom or over the phone eased my nerves and made the home purchasing process interesting and actually enjoyable.
