      10 Star Mortgage Professional. My old lender said 45 days to refi, my current bank's mortgage expert did not return our calls, another Veteran referral to me never called me (VA loan expert). What the heck? Saw Jon Vance on LinkedIn, set up short call and got the ball rolling. From application to approval was 14 days yes fourteen days. I still can't believe it, we closed this week. Jon's system and process plus good people are combinations for success. His technology and secure document upload work. I was on the road but if you have a wireless connection you are good to go. Jon kept me updated, LI, FB, email or calls, multiple avenues of approach. Cannot say enough of how impressed we are, never ever closed a loan this quick and minimum effort. Jon made it easy.
