  As a first time home buyer, me and my wife never thought we could become homeowners. Talking to Jonathan and his team they gave us the best advice and did not try to rush us or beat around the bush. Jonathan is a very easy person to talk to and get advice when it comes to how much you have saved and can afford. Jonathan goes above and beyond to find the best of what you need to get into a house. Don't be scared to tell Jonathan any questions you have or concerns, he always is willing to answer any question you have and he always has a positive attitude. If I could give more Stars on this rating I would give him and his team 10 more stars that's how good they are at thier job. I cant thank them enough for helping through all the ups and downs to get our house closed.

  I have always been intimidated and scared to purchase a home because of the huge amount of intricacies and details in the paperwork and I did not want to sign anything I did not fully understand. Jonathan took an incredible amount of time to help explain in detail exactly what I was signing, how much things were going to be, and whether or not this would be a decision that affected my situation long term. Even after-hours, he got back to me as soon as he could. Thank you for making this process so easy. I'm already looking forward to purchasing my next home!
