Frank and his team were excellent. I'm in the RE investment market and Frank/Guaranteed Rate were able to underwrite and close 5 loans on same day... they needed to be done simultaneously to meet FM/FM guidelines. In addition, they were in multiple states. Since my returns / self employment creates lots of issues, Frank was able to get it done. I can also mention his support staff--processors/underwriters/closers are all in sync and were accessible by phone. Amazing how great the service with. Underwriting approved in 48 hours, the online application portal was straight forward and most important, the loans closed and on time. I highly recommend Frank and Guaranteed Rate.
