  This is my 2nd refinance with Jon Rozansky in 6 years, he is knowledgeable, honest, very trustworthy and fast! I was concerned I would need to do some improvements to my home prior to an appraisal, but Jonathan got me an appraisal waiver, saving me money and time from scheduling with an appraiser. He searched his lenders to find me the rate I wanted and my refinance closed escrow in 11 days with a 30 year rate was in the 2’s. Jonathan’s professionalism and communication was great, he always answered my call or texted he would return the call if he was in a meeting. His extremely hard work and diligence for his clients is unmatched. I will recommend Jonathan to anyone looking for a mortgage loan.

  Working with Jon is always an awesome experience. We have done multiple loans with him over the last 20 years, and he is always the first to call when we should consider refinancing and have the ability to lower our rates. We love that he watches our for us even when we don't ask and that he makes what could be a difficult process so easy. I would highly recommend anyone I know to work with Jon on their next loan!
