  Best experience ever with a refinance. JJ always worked on my crazy schedule and found creative solutions to issues that came up. This was the fastest start to close in the history of refinancing my home. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend him to anyone looking to rebuild credit for purchasing or to tier credit customers. Loved working with him!

  This guy was a total stud. He took care of a refinance of ours just a week or two ago and the whole process was quick and painless. We’ve lived in our place about a year and were paying mortgage insurance on a sizeable loan with a 3.125% rate. We get calls and letters in the mail all the time saying we can get something in the 2’s but then they see our loan amount and it’s a different story. Anyways, long story short, the neighborhood appreciated, guy knocked off our mortgage insurance, got us under 3%, skipped the appraisal and charged us $0 for it. Our property taxes jumped up like $3000 this year which is no fun monthly, but after this guy worked his magic we’re saving enough each month to offset. Would 100% recommend. If the word “refinance” has even come into your mind, he’s more than happy to field calls and tell you what’s reasonable. And if you have mortgage insurance it’s a no brainer.
