  Josh was so easy to work with. From submitting our documents to be pre approved for a loan, to our final closing on the house, Josh was responsive and understanding. He was eager to answer questions, and when he wasn’t sure (which wasn’t often), he quickly and diligently found the answers. Josh seemed very resourceful, and when we had one small hiccup during our closing process, he was quick to handle the possible delay, without us knowing until after the fact. On our end, the process seemed seamless, and we closed early. This was our fifth home purchase, and the first time our loan originator came to the title company to congratulate us, and make sure all paperwork was good to go. We were highly impressed with that level of customer service. We can’t thank Josh Salarzon enough, and look forward to working with him in the future and sending friends and family his way!
