  I was referred to Mitch with Gateway Mortgage through a friend. I was relocating from out of town as a veteran, with this being the first time using a VA loan. All I can say is wow! Mitch maintained open communication and gave sound advice. I had numerous questions as a first time VA loan user, and Mitch was always there to support, educate, and ensure I was comfortable with the home buying process. He was quick to respond to the additional VA’s requests when we encountered unexpected VA roadblocks. On top of all of that, he was accommodating with my work schedule - to include texting and calling on odd days and hours. Without a doubt I would recommend Mitch to anyone looking to purchase a home!

  Mitch is by far the best person you could trust to guide you through this process. He was available every time we had a question and gave us updates along the way. He made us feel like we were his only clients and was genuinely excited when we finally had an offer accepted.
