They were extremely helpful here. I believe it was Jocelyn that helped me. I had an issue where a check I sent out to pay a bill, got stolen and cashed by someone else and there was a long process to fix this and find out what happened to it and she was just so helpful and got back to me about it even after a couple of weeks of waiting to find out if I’d get the money back. I finally thankfully got the money back.But was just grateful for the help I had received here!

The people at this branch are amazing. Sadly the company is not. They allow companies to take money from you, ignore your disputes while pretending to care, bounce you around departments on the phone, and tell you you're doing everything wrong even though you went through the proper channels. A year ago money was stolen from my account and this terrible company to this day is refusing to do anything about it.
