  Nothing professional, irresponsible, liar and nothing serious. If you want to know why I think like that, here I leave you a little of what happened Of the worst experiences I have ever had this is the worst. Not only did they cancel 2 appointments shortly before the time but also when they told me that my appointment would be in orem he did not show up because he was in sandy UT we decided to make the appointment by video call from the orem office and the assistant made copies of all of them documents taxes, social security, income etc. They also ran the credit. He told us to give him two (2) weeks and that he communicated with us those two weeks turned into almost 6 months that we never talked to him his assistants said that he was busy or that he would call us back and it never happened in fact they left me to answer the phone so I decided to try another number and there they answered me Julio Villalobos made us believe that he would help us with the process of the house and he only made us waste our time
