      A terrible insurance company that canceled our insurance coverage and/or renew policies without asking. Causing liability and money taken out of the banking account without any notice. CAREFUL! Employees lack knowledge and have thousand of excuses for their mistakes. AVOID!

      Mr. Ken have retired and he sold the company to new ownership, after his retirement this agency performance have dropped from 100% to 1%. I am their customer since 2011 and always received five star service but since new management have took over, they have no clue what they doing now, will not return or answer your phone calls, it's been over a week and still no answer or email yet
