      As a seller in a transaction where Kansas Mortgage Center was the lender for the buyer, we found Mr. Mundy to be apathetic with no sense of urgency or accountability. Initially, Mr. Mundy had forty-eight days to finalize a mortgage for the buyers, which came and went without resolution. We then gave him an additional seven days, for a total of fifty-four, before he admitted the buyers would not qualify for an FHA loan. We rarely received status updates from Mr. Mundy. My real estate agent had to call Kansas Mortgage Center constantly to get any return calls to confirm the loan process was even progressing. We expected more transparency, better communication, and a sense of urgency from Mr. Mundy and the Kansas Mortgage Center.
