      The website shows that they are open 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Apparently these hours only apply to the ATM machines outside. The lobby does not open up until 9:00 a.m. that is not on the website. the east branch has removed the drive-up window. Why? Removing it is definitely not a benefit for the customer.

      Kanza Bank has their roots in family owned, small town, personalized banking and it shows. They truly care about their customers! I’ve been doing business with them for at least 20 years because of their people. They’re professional and kind.
