Not only did everything go smoothly, but they also performed beautifully under the time constraints of three separate contracts which had to be quickly coordinated.   We were so grateful to be working with Karen during our recent home buying experience. It was a tough buyers market when were home searching. Karen was thorough and patient when it came to explaining the financials and we really felt like she had our best interest top of mind. She scored us a very competitive mortgage rate and always went above and beyond during the offer process - e.g. she always called the listing agent as soon as our offer was in to assure them we were strong buyers and could close in 3 weeks.   My husband and I chose Karen and her team at the recommendation of a coworker and our realtor. Right from the start Karen was personable, knowledgeable, and reliable. She was more than happy to explain the loan process to us and answer any questions we had. One reason we chose her was because of her responsiveness and availability. Since the housing market has become so competitive and fast-paced, it was important to us that we had someone who would take us to the finish line. After we had a few unsuccessful offers, she went out of her way to contact us and encourage us to keep going. Once an offer was accepted, Karen and her team leapt into action to push us to closing. My husband and I were also touched by the cards and small gifts she gave us during each step of the process. If we ever need another home loan, we will definitely be using Karen and her team again!
