      I emailed Jeff Nicola on a Friday afternoon not expecting to hear back until Monday. Jeff worked all weekend to see if I qualified for a loan, since the offer review date on the house I wanted was Tuesday I didn't have much time. His team through the whole process was very responsive and helpful to all my questions. They helped me get the house I wanted and closed on time!
