Karp Auto was a great place to do business with. We live a couple hours away from there and they held the SUV I wanted to look at for us. Even though I didn't purchase my used Buick there when the "check engine" light came on i took it there for service. And that they did. I was totally impressed!

Came here for an appointment for a simple NY state inspection. Took 2 hours to get done and staff/manager were VERY aggressive in trying to oversell additional service, questioning my refusal multiple times and asking for reasoning. Made me uncomfortable. Service staff were generally friendly, but not very good customer service from the desk staff, and unjustifiable wait times.
