      I had a employee by the name of Pamella Boodra insult me and my name upon arriving to simply withdraw my money. I don’t understand how everything has changed from astoria federal to national sterling but yet the employees are still as impolite and inconsiderate as ever. You guys need to do better and TRAIN better. Can’t wait to get a better bank.
