I've been with this bank for over 15 years and up until recently I would've always recommended this bank to anyone! I'm currently put of state for work and had to get a new debit card which I was originally told was mailed out on the first so I called them today 11 days later to find out it didn't ship out until the 10th. Here I am put of state with my only bank being katahdin trust trusting in them to find out today it didn't mail out u til the 9th and they said 10 more business days... what I would assume a bank would do who had excellent customer service would talk to their merchant to try to over night one a card to Mr or get it in priority mail but nooooo I have to wait a full month with out nay source of money
