  Wells Fargo has been in the news often enough for how they cheated their customers, that I should have known better than to attempt working with them. Don't waste your time or money with any of these clowns.

  This branch of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage is terrible to work with based on my experience.. I can’t recommend them to you or anyone else. Perhaps try another branch. I’d rate my experience a total failure based on the poor customer service, lack of professionalism, lack of follow through and inability to work with anyone other than the lousy agent I was assigned to, after several requests to do so. It was a fiasco in Frisco from the very beginning. Why one star? Well the staff is extremely slow to reply, especially with escalated urgent issues. Seems the small staff doesn’t have a clear understanding of rate terms and geographic conditions as applicable to Texas. Rates, terms, etc may be given to shoppers which are applicable only in other states. This happened to me. Right after a full credit disclosure by me. My credit was a non-issue by the way. They claim it was a one time system glitch. Ok. I can see that I guess. Worse, was that the rest of the lousy experience was equally as painful and unnecessary. Based on my personal experience this location has seems to house the most uniformed, powerless, incapable loan agents in the WFM network. I’ve banked with WF for over 20 years. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. My experience may have been a one off accident and my intent is not to harm any reputation. It is however to share my personal experience and inform fellow consumers shopping for mortgage products to think twice before using this WF Mortgage outlet. * Its come to my attention that this Wells Fargo Mortgage location does not have a manager which is probably while it’s out of sync with other locations.   Called. Filled out application thru email. Called again. Called again No return calls. No return emails. Going on 2 weeks now. This company is garbage
