      I have been living at one of the HOA’s Katonah Management has been managing for years. The transition with the new owner Kyle has been nothing but astounding. Every time I have a concern the property manager and assistant gets back to me right away. I have dealt with managing companies before and in all honesty Katonah Management is top notch, they never fail to exceed my expectations. They had a full staff through the pandemic which made them very reliable when needed. Make them your management company!

      Customer service is deplorable. They treat us, the residents, as mere financial transactions. Speaking of which, the invoicing process is not transparent at all. This company makes it stressful just to live here.
