      I was in Brewster and needed bank checks. I saw the reviews and decided to go to Somers instead. The staff at Somers was amazing! I had an issue that they solved quickly and with a smile. They got me my bank checks and I was out the door in 20 minutes. Highly recommend this branch. Matt and Dan in particular.

      Both my daughter and I had a combined $10,050 stolen from our checking accounts on 4/26/22. The bank still has not refunded either of us the funds, although they are FDIC insured for billions of dollars. Bank personnel with NO information contacts me and knows nothing of this case and this situation is being handled in he most deplorable manner. DO NOT BANK at Chase Bank.

      If I could give 0 stars I would. Business Owners...Please be aware that ALL Chase Banks will not honor fraudulent checks that are not reported within 30 days of your bank statement issue date. I recently had (2) checks stolen, altered, forged and cashed that amounted to approximately $15,500.00. I reported the fraud within 45 days of my statement date and Chase denied my claim.
