  I am so grateful for the efficient and creative way with which Katy Parsons approaches her work. I was referred to her by another lender who was not able to handle the intricacies that my loan was requiring. He told me that Katy was a problem solver. He was right! When I first spoke with her on the phone I was unsure of whether or not my loan could be done based on the challenges I had undergone with previous lenders. I was surprised by how she viewed the challenges as something exciting; she clearly loves her work and that’s a benefit. She did not promise me things she could not deliver on. She made sure to clearly communicate what the potential pitfalls could be and then she assured me she would do the work on her end to tell me whether or not we could proceed. Within 24 hours, she had done her homework and had responded with creative and effective solutions for gettting the loan processed. She told me that she is like a dog with a bone, and that once she gets going on something she doesn’t quit. She was right! She was tenacious and determined, and all the while very professional and warm. I had several things going on (as most of us do during the stressful process of purchasing a home) yet she was not the least bit bothered by my ups and downs. She always responded promptly to my communication, gave me updates on what was happening and clarified anything I did not understand. When the work required additional effort she employed the support of her team at Advantage Mortgage and they worked together seamlessly. I highly recommend Katy and Advantage Mortgage. When other lenders drop the ball, they pick it up and run for the the finish line. And for me? They crossed it with flying colors!
