By far, Kay makes things happen. When an opportunity to obtain loan came I needed to move fast to get capital, Kay was able to pull from a multitude of resources to get us the best loan deal. Other companies couldn't do what Kay did. With tons of knowledge and experience and extremely expeditious and loan approved and funded within a week of application. Incredible! Very happy that we used her and would definitely use them again!
