  I recently completed a refi with KBS, and both Kim and Cindy were amazing to work with. I had initially started my refi with another lender, but backed out at closing as there was poor communication and outright dishonesty. With KBS it was the exact opposite, and they could not have made the process easier. The only thing I was mad about is not starting with KBS first. If you need a new loan or refinancing an existing one, go directly to KBS!

  I don't often take the time to write reviews but my experience with Kim at KBS lending was so terrible and beyond unprofessional I feel compelled to warn others. I chose to go with KBS lending on a refi loan for an investment property because they offered a refinance option at 85%... big mistake! The PMI is simply hidden in other fees and the interest rate. While it may look like a more appealing option, it's not. In addition it took over 3 months to close on the loan and all the while I continued to be given excuses and the run around when I asked for a closing date and answers. Kim was dishonest, rude, unprofessional, didn't follow the proper lending guidelines and didn't deliver on what she promised ( interest rate, lender fees and time line). Her lack of knowledge was also evident when there was a problem with my appraisal which had a huge impact on my loan. I will never use KBS lending again. It was clear Kim didn't care about my concerns or the execution of my loan. PMy recommendation would be to

  Great company to work with and Cindy and Kim are fantastic. I have done multiple deals with KBS lending. Easy to work with and they communicate great. My last refinance was closed in about 3 weeks which and rate was great. 5 stars for sure.
