      If I could give them zero stars, I would..... My mom bought her house in November and went through Mortgage Solutions. Since then, her payments are being cashed by Mortgage Solutions before due date but the payments aren't being applied to her account. She keeps getting phone calls about missed payments and that she is going to be sent to collections but yet she has proof her checks were cashed. Nobody can seem to help her and she just keeps getting passed from one person to another. We will never recommend this company to anyone looking to finance their house.

      High closing quotes, unprofessional service, and shady business tactics. Will request you “sign the disclosure to keep the processing moving”. Do not recommend. One of their employees went as far as calling me a “jack off”.
