      Great experience, specially with a recent personal loan. I got a great rate, half what other lenders were offering me. Miriah was extremely friendly and helpful.

      Its a shame. I really liked KCT when I first opened an account here, I even got my whole family to switch to them, but within the past two years they have gone down hill. It seems like anytime there is an issue that is their fault they wont take accounitbilty and refused to reimburse for their mistakes. Sadly due to this I decided its best to closed my accounts here and go to another credit union. Ill be advising everyone else I know to do the same.
