      Karina and Lydia at the Farnsworth branch went above and beyond expectations to provide excellent service in what could be a difficult situation. Dealing with loved ones accounts after their passing is emotional anyway and then to be treated with great concern and respect was amazing. Proof to me of the value of “small town” banking!
