      We bought a house with Keena as loan officer in 2020. Keena has little integrity, and even less professionalism. She made misleading claims with respect to what she could deliver, and then stopped replying to emails at a critical point in the process. If you do choose to work with her, be sure to: 1) Request a formal (signed and dated) pre-approval letter. 2) Full loan product options with estimated loan amounts, interest rates, fees, maximum monthly principle and interest. (Signed and dated) Obtaining these items should be no issue for reputable lender (as we learned later).
