      Tyler was amazingly friendly! The QC lady I spoke to was also very efficient and friendly. I was very hesitant at first, but after Tyler explained how the program worked I felt like this was a perfect option for my situation. I am glad I called them back today!

      I wish I could put 0 stars. How can a company handle something so important and be so careless? Keeping capital is an example. Their communication? GARBAGE! Their money handling? HORRIBLE! DO NOT allow them to handle your student loans. They delete documents and fabricate contract agreements to get more money out of you when you try to close your account. NEVER AGAIN!!

      I told them verbally that I was interested, but I wanted to research their company before moving forward, Which they said was fine. 6 months later that called me (by the way my name showed up on the dark web not long after they had a little info). If they pursue, be ready to sue the heck out of them, luckily I have an attorney ready to make a move.
