      Scheduled an appointment but was told I could go in early because all I had to do was sign a paper. I go in early and was told I couldn’t be helped because the girl was about to clock out for lunch….. in 10 mins. They were not busy no one was in the branch. Very unprofessional. The teller was trying her best to find someone to help me. But the people who sit in the office was very unprofessional. Neither one of them had customers but they couldn’t help.

      I've been a member for almost 20 years . I do not recommend this particular branch . Jesse, the branch manager , is not customer service friendly and is very difficult to deal with.
