  I don't have much experience of the walk in branch. I did refinance my car through keesler with a much lower rate, refinanced a personal loan with a much lower rate and the process was straight forward, no runaround, hidden fees or B.S. etc. The keesler concept as a whole I am really satisfied and would recommend to others. There Mobile APP is easy to use, credit report monitor daily, can link all accounts in one, credit tips, simulator and offers. And also looking forward to getting a mortgage next year through them.

  Honestly worst experience I have ever had in my life with a Credit Union. Waiting over a month for someone to get back to me on a loan... only to run me around in circles with people to call because no one in house can help me. If you do anything in your financial endeavors, do not work with Myra Hazard, Amy or Tom Quinn. All parties are pathetic and need to find a new route in their career paths. To laugh at someone for wanting answers, you can go work on yourself Amy. Keesler please learn how to hire confident and competent workers, who actually know how to direct consumers in the right direction for obtaining a loan.
