  As a first-time home buyer, Monica made the experience as easy and seamless as possible! There is not anything bad I can say about how my process went. She helped a friend of mine find her perfect home, and my friend insisted I use Monica to help me find mine. She recommended towns I had not even thought about (as a New Yorker moving to New Jersey, I only knew so many areas), made sure to always provide listings within my budget, called to explain every detail, and made sure to keep me proactively updated. I would refer Monica to anyone looking for a home!

  Real estate agent, Pharoah Lozano, of Kelley Williams was recommended to me by a mutual business associate. I have a 2 family home that I was renovating and needed to rent out the apartments. In early April 2022 I signed a 3 month contract with the agent and the apartments were ready. He was very upbeat and positive & assured me he would have the apartments rented quickly - perhaps by May 1. Mr Lozano only communicated electronically and only if prompted by me. His communication was terrible. He had me drop the price of the rent twice by mid-May, and still could not find one qualified tenant willing to pay the twice dropped price he suggested. He presented all potential tenants (poor risks, not willing to pay the price, or wanting extras that were not available). The agent stopped responding to my inquires which were not bothersome (things like, hi, any updates?) in early June. I reached out on at least 3 occasions that he simply ignored me. On the day the contract expired, I removed my keys from the lock box and found he had not even bothered to put a for rent sign on the property. I did so myself and within an hour started getting inquiries. The callers stated “ I was waiting for a sign to go up”. I had said to Mr Lozano in a message that I hoped he had a sign on the house. The house which I’d cleaned spotlessly was now somewhat dirty ( bathrooms used and messed up & no one cleaned up after themselves). The garage door remote control was missing. I reached out to the manager of Keller Williams & in all fairness, she did respond that she would address this situation and I know she did as the agent texted an apology along with an excuse. However, if his excuse was plausible, Keller Williams should have had another agent or a manager step in to support this contract. So DO NOT use this agent nor this realty if you’re looking for someone who keeps commitments because these folks surely did not.

  As an investor and buyer my personal experience with one of ther crew (Mia Ibrahim) was not pleasant at all even that we have met only once and will not happen again, Unprofessional, lake of communication, no knowledge, deal-breaker and misleading, absolutely I don't recommend her as an age buying or selling
