The manager Woojin KIm is highly friendly and wonderful. I don't hesitate bypassing my nearby BOA where the manager is unfriendly. I hope Woojin would stay long there.

Bad service, drove an half hour to get to bank and manager told me you'll have to wait 45 minutes before you can see a teller, since there was only one teller and 1 transaction takes half hour

Appalling service! They do not know they own services. I came in with a pre-paid card from this bank and neither assistants nor manager knew what it was and how it could have been used. They kept sending me to the ATM. After 2 different assistants failed to make it work, sent me to the queue, sent me home to get an ID, and when I returned later, the answer I got from the manager was: "It looks like a gift card <...> You can use it for shopping or something."
