Kelly is an amazing realtor! From the moment we began working with her, until we sold our house, she worked tirelessly for us. Kelly started out with a comprehensive report that showed current market activity and sat down with us to thoroughly explain what everything meant and to ensure that we understood what was going to happen. She outlined the necessary steps to get our house ready to show and then collaborated with us every step of the way. If we needed anything, Kelly was there to advise and implement. Since we had already moved out of our home, we needed to stage. Kelly personally handled this and the attention to detail was incredible! In the course of one weekend, every room and area was transformed into a warm and inviting space, welcoming buyers to imagine themselves residing there. Kelly worked all weekend on this and the results were amazing! Kelly’s regular communication kept us up-to-date and her attention to detail made this entire process seamless. Kelly was absolutely amazing! As first-time home buyers, we were not familiar with the process. Kelly was extremely knowledgeable, attentive and her communication through every step was phenomenal.
