      The loan officer could not process the transfer of a simple social club account.nor would they respond to a business email to correct the problem. The phone number for the branch rolled over to a central banking department that couldn’t help me. After twenty minutes the central bank person dialed me in directly to the branch and after maybe twenty rings no ine answered and no VM. Don’t deal with 53 unless there is no other choice. Ecentually the bank branch phone just disconnected the call. What a banking system in this day and age… Hope you find this helpful? Oh, they said they could not give me branch manager name and email because it was agaist regulations, so unprofessional.

      They were nice when we open the account When we had issue about it today , instead of helping and be nice The manager john told us if u feel better to go to another bank , go for it 🧐🧐🧐 Wow that was professional
