      Very disappointed. He told me I was all good to get a loan, gave me a pre-approval letter even updated the letter when I looked at a house a little more expensive. Had me pay $400 for an appraisal and told me to get an inspection (that costed me $300). Then two weeks before my original closing date I was denied. Tired really hard to get everything together and even got a co-signer, never cared to actually get back to us after everything.. very disappointed I paid all this money and put my trust in this men who let down a first time home buyer...
