      I've been dealing with Ken Jones Insurance for just under 40 years, and I have always been happy with their service. They are personable, professional, and responsive to needs. The business has changed hands, but the same small town, personal attention from local people remains intact, thankfully. I have never had occasion to visit their new location as most everything can be accomplished via phone and email. Details, paperwork and payments are all able to be settled easily. A special "thank you" to Sarah Jacobs, who saves me money every time I renew. She is amazing.

      I can not get ahold of them . I have been trying for a week and half. Left several message. Took money out of account but won't answer my call. Very upset.
