  I like this branch alot. Accessible for my Mom, park car less than 10 feet from ATM.. For last few years they've been helping me since divorce. Got me the best refinance on house. And because of my work hours they have often set aside times for me I otherwise couldn't do. People always friendly knowledgeable and go above and beyond to help.

  I live less than 10 minutes from this branch. It's 2 minutes from my physical therapy office. Sounds convenient doesn't it? You'd think. Unfortunately, there are times I am either just physically unable or the weather makes it dangerous for me to walk to the ATM, which is a necessity due to the absolutely ridiculous design of this branch. This forces me to drive to the Quarryville/Buck branch so I can use the drive up ATM. Had I realized that this branch was so poorly designed to accommodate handicapped customers, I'd have continued banking with M&T, even though their on-line banking isn't nearly as efficient as PNC's and I still had to get out of the car for the ATM. With them though, I could park directly in front of the ATM, as opposed to parking & walking past a small grassy area, a passing lane & 2 drive thru lanes. This may not seem like much - until it's raining, icy, and/or your joints are swollen like a balloons that day. *Suggestion- the outside lane is almost always empty. Change it to a flexible ATM/Drive up lane. So many other banks do it. Can't be rocket science.
