  Great builder! Lots of items are included that other builders we saw charge more for. Definitely worth the money! Never had an issue with customer service.

  #kendallhomes has cheated us out of our home! Somehow they are blocking my Google review! Please read share and comment. Please ask your contacts to do the same. My Fiancé Chris has been trying to post this all day Seriously, where is the 0 star? I signed a contract with Kendall Homes Dec 26 2020. I decided to sign that day as the agent for Kendall Homes told me prices were being raised Jan 1st and again Feb 1 and I should make my decision and lock in my price. I was given an estimate close date 8/25/21. We spent months picking options, going to Home Pro, pre-construction meeting. Many trips to the home site, and it took forever for Kendall Homes to start the build. Finally May 20th 5 months after we signed our foundation was poured! We were so excited to drive up every week looking as the home was framed, roofed and we are now done with drywall and brick has been delivered! YAY! Our new home is going to be done, a few months late, but heck, it happens. I was expecting a call to schedule my initial inspection after drywall completion. What I recieved last night was a call on my drive home. Erin Rucker wanted to give me an update. Erin Rucker's update was my house was going to cost me $60,000.00 more that the contract price! Kendall Homes was increasing the price of my new home 20%. When I told Erick Rucker I could not afford to pay over $40,000.00 more than the appraised price of the home she said thats ok, somebody else will buy it! Do youself a huge favor and avoid doing business with Kendall Homes! Save yourself the heart ache! Save your emotions!   We recently had a home built with Kendall homes. Although it took longer than expected with a few snags along the way Kendall homes worked with us through the process and made sure we were happy in the end.
