  I have worked closely with Kennedy Investments and have been thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and detail-orientation. Both the leadership and the team members are top-rate and I look forward to doing more deals with them in the future.

  House we rented was in poor condition. The leasing agent we leased from was fired/quit in the middle of our lease term, so we had to deal with a property manager that had never been inside the property. They took the absolute full amount of time allowable by law to notify us that they were claiming 90% of our very sizable deposit. The punch out list they sent us was, in my opinion, full of bloated fees and unnecessary repairs and "cleaning". This was my experience, maybe they're different now... maybe they're not. Edit: I just noticed the owner replied. The "leasing professional" that showed us the home was a woman. The "property manager" that finished out the lease had never been inside the home until after we had moved out was a man. I stand by my 1 star review.   This review is a retaliatory and false allegation directed at the wrong party. Mr. Ingandela and his family were the first tenants to occupy a freshly remodeled home owned by Tampa Community Partners, a provider of affordable rental homes (and for whom Cypress Residential Management was the property manager). The leasing professional who showed them the home subsequently became their property manager and was well equipped to assess the condition of the home upon their departure. The landlord in this case, Tampa Community Partners, appropriately withheld for cleaning and repair costs under the statute.

  Kennedy Investments gave me the amazing opportunity to have be a summer intern two years ago. The first hand experience of how to professionally manage properties and put tenants first is something I will never forget. I still use the skills I learned that summer everyday.
